The scientific program of the Neural Interfaces Conference (NIC 2012) will consist of three days of workshop-style presentations. There will be ten 1.5 hour sessions: three on Monday, June 18, four on Tuesday, June 19, and three on Wednesday, June 20. Each session will consist of 2-3 speakers who are leaders in the field, and who will focus their presentation on the most salient problems remaining to be solved in each particular theme. The overall goal is to identify the fundamental limitations of bringing new solutions for interfacing to the nervous system into practice.
